Having previously worked and gained extensive experience with Healey & Baker, Duncan co-founded Norseman Holdings in 1988 and is responsible for all projects that the group undertake.

Duncan plays an active part in the community. He is a Governor of Repton School, a member of the Derbyshire Board of the Prince’s Trust and Advisor to the Derbyshire Community Foundation.

Brian Ashby, FRICS
Chairman

Brian founded the Viking Property Group in 1970, working at an international level throughout the UK, USA and Canada. He co-founded Norseman Holdings and has a key role in its management.

Brian also plays an active part in the community. He is currently President of the Derbyshire Community Foundation, Chairman of the Advisory Board to the Faculty of Business, Computing and Law at the University of Derby and Business Champion of the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site. He previously formed and chaired the Ashby Charitable Trust for over 25 years.
