ONEDERBY
ONEDERBY is a development of five new office buildings comprising 400,000 sq ft of grade A office accommodation within Derby's new Central Business District. In addition the development will include a 100+ bed hotel, restaurants, cafes and bars situated around an urban piazza. Elvaston Castle
We are currently involved in the proposed restoration of Elvaston Castle Estate, a Grade II Listed Building set in 350 acres of parkland in Derbyshire. Our project management will assist Highgate Sanctuary, the property developer, to recapture the former glory that has faded over the years.

Lakeside Point, Sutton-in-Ashfield
Lakeside Point is a leisure and retail development that was completed in 2005. It covers 27,000 sq ft and provides 94 parking spaces. The key occupiers are currently Travelodge hotel, Frankie & Benny’s restaurant and a Tesco Express supermarket. This project was successfully pre-funded and sold to Windsor Life Assurance, managed by Arlington.

College Walk, Rotherham
The redevelopment of Rotherham Transport Interchange included a new retail development covering 55,000 sq ft, consisting of 18 units and 750 parking spaces. It provides a direct link between the new Interchange and the prime retail pitch of the town.

Trafford Court, Doncaster
Trafford Court was purchased in 1996 and developed to include eight self-contained offices which are arranged over two terraces and benefit from 42 parking spaces. The site provides easy access to Doncaster Railway Station providing a valuable link for commuters.

L Street, Washington D.C. U.S.A.
The L Street scheme is at the heart of Washington’s ‘Golden Traingle’ and was developed in association with Markborough Columbian Inc. The building provides 200,000 sq ft of office space, 67 parking spaces and also benefits from retail units on the ground and first floor levels.

Connecticut Avenue, Washington D.C. U.S.A.
The Dermonet Building on Connecticut Avenue incorporates a national landmark that dates back to 1880 and was developed in association with Second British American Properties. The Dermonet Building contains 103,000 sq ft of office space along with 50 car parking spaces below ground and has retail units on the ground, first and second floor levels. Norseman was commended by the National Landmarks Committee for its tastefiul incorporation of a national landmark.

River Ridge, City of York, Toronto, Canada
This development was Norseman's first Canadian project and was undertaken in association with The Charles Group of Toronto. The 712,000 sq ft, two tower complex on a 3.7 acre site overlooking the Humber River comprised 413 units, of which 93% were sold before construction began.

Heritage Gate, Derby
A 220,000 sq ft four block development, situated in one of Derby's foremost preservation areas. The development was undertaken in conjunction with Provident Mutual.

Meadow Road, Derby
A head office and printing works was undertaken on behalf of the Derby Evening Telegraph, containing 80,000 sq ft of offices and press hall.
